Shipping Info: Orders are dispatched within three business days from receipt of order. Items are shipped from the United Kingdom by first class post.
Return Policy: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and we will issue with a full refund (the item must be unopened, and where applicable all seals and shrink-wrap intact) You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 working days of the date you received the item and it must be returned to us within 30 calendar days before a refund will be given.
Please note: we can accept returned items opened only if they are faulty.

If you are returning an item please email admin@rowth.com giving the reason for the return. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless there is an error on our part.
